Q How much is this going to cost me?
A Bill Payment is included in the Online Banking Internet Service to personal account holders at no charge. We do not charge a set-up fee for this service.
Q What kind of bill can I pay?
A You can make payments to almost anyone or to any business. You can pay such items as your mortgage, car payments, utilities, and credit cards.
Q How long does it take to pay a bill?
A It depends on when your payment is due. The payment date is the date the payee is scheduled to receive your payment. This is at least 4 business days from the current date.
Q How do I know online payments have been made?
A Bill Payment includes a View History feature that allows you to verify that your payment was processed. The information includes the name of the payee, your account number, the dollar amount of the payment, the date it was processed, and a confirmation number.
